We are looking for a passionate and talented individual in the field of Digital Marketing to join our team as a Business Development Manager (District Sales & Operations) – Freelancer Basis from All Districts (Colombo | Gampaha | Kalutara | Kandy | Matale | Nuwara Eliya | Galle | Matara | Hambantota | Jaffna | Kilinochchi | Mannar | Vavuniya | Mullaitivu | Batticaloa | Ampara | Trincomalee | Kurunegala | Puttalam | Anuradhapura | Polonnaruwa | Badulla | Moneragala | Ratnapura | Kegalle)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understanding & analyzing customer requirements and pitch the customers accordingly
Building up a sales Team at the District you have assigned
Effective communication with clients & development team to meet desired targets
Maintain fruitful relationship with clients and provide suggestions to the client requirements
Planning, Structured & Overseeing new markets, sales initiatives with computer skills
Contribute towards continuous improvement of the company engagement with existing and potential clients
Analyze the customer database & convert the potential target accounts to an active pool
Decision making skills and ability to develop and maintain working relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must be around 20-45 years h full or part qualified in same field or any other similar professional qualification
Overall more than 2 years’ experience with proven track record of 1 year as a Business Development Manager in the digital marketing industry would be an added advantage
Excellent spoken & written communication skills in both English & Sinhala or Tamil
Competency in verbal communication
Should have strong work ethics, dedicated & teamwork
